Myotherapy targets your muscles and ligaments to restore proper function through remedial massage techniques, dry needling, cupping, corrective exercises and stretches. Myotherapists spend 3 years at university to learn the latest and safest ways to treat your aches and pains. Chiropractic and Myotherapy work really well together as Chiropractic will align the vertebrae in your back to allow your nervous system to function optimally and Myotherapy will allow the muscles to relax.

When choosing a health care provider it is important that your goals are aligned with the practitioner’s. At Peak Potential Bulleen we offer different levels of care to suit your needs. We offer symptomatic relief care, corrective care and maintenance care. This way you can choose the level of care that you want in order to satisfy your health goals.

Kate Reading has a Degree in Health Science, majoring in Complementary Medicine, and an Advanced Diploma of Myotherapy.
